The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VAT filing, audits, and financial planning, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. This role requires a high level of integrity and experience in multi-branch accounting.

• Manage day-to-day accounting across 18+ retail stores
• Oversee VAT filing, bank reconciliations, audits, and vendor payments
• Monitor payroll, expenses, and budgeting
• Ensure monthly closing, compliance, and reporting
• Coordinate with store managers, vendors, and external auditors
• Lead internal controls, inventory accuracy, and finance discipline
• Work with management on financial planning and forecasting

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience (retail preferred)
• Strong command of accounting software (Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, Excel)
• Must have handled VAT filing, audit trails, and P&L ownership
• High levels of integrity, loyalty, and discipline
• Experience in multi-location/multi-branch accounting
• Fluent in English and preferably Hindi
• Indian CA Inter or MCom (preferred, not mandatory)
