  • Assist our teams in Norway and the Netherlands on a day-to-day basis.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-up communication.
  • Obtain and coordinate quotations from suppliers.
  • Prepare and update sales and project documentation.
  • Coordinate shipping, delivery schedules, and order tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal systems.
  • Support exhibition and event planning.
  • Assist with general office tasks and ad hoc assignments.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Relevant experience in sales support, administration, or coordination.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
  • Previous experience in maritime or logistics environment is a plus.
