Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend practical control measures.
  2. Develop and implement effective HSE training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees and contractors.
  3. Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to local and international standards.
  4. Lead safety audits and inspections, providing actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
  5. Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability within the organization.
  6. Engage employees in safety initiatives through communication campaigns that promote a culture of safety.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE-related inquiries, fostering positive relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  2. NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred.
  3. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors.
  4. Experience in conducting HSE audits and familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is advantageous.
