Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend practical control measures.
- Develop and implement effective HSE training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees and contractors.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to local and international standards.
- Lead safety audits and inspections, providing actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability within the organization.
- Engage employees in safety initiatives through communication campaigns that promote a culture of safety.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE-related inquiries, fostering positive relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors.
- Experience in conducting HSE audits and familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is advantageous.
