Sales Executive - Injectables

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in injectables sales within the dermatology and aesthetics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key clients, and expanding market reach across Dubai.

Description

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote injectables to dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and hospitals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and key decision-makers.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to clients.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
7. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional activities.
8. Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.

Minimum Requirements

1. Scientific background in education (e.g., Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field).
2. Currently based in the UAE with at least 3 years of experience in injectables sales within the UAE market.
3. Strong network within dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, and hospitals.
4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
