Job Overview

The Procurement and Vendor Relations Specialist will oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT products and services. This includes evaluating vendor performance, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring procurement practices align with corporate governance, service standards, and IT operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for IT hardware, software, and service contracts
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and service level compliance
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value-added delivery
• Utilize procurement tools and ERP systems to track purchasing workflows and approvals
• Evaluate vendor proposals and coordinate with internal stakeholders to finalize selections
• Ensure all procurement practices comply with company policies and audit requirements
• Maintain detailed records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor communications
• Provide procurement insights and data analysis to support budgeting and forecasting

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
