We are looking for a hands-on and dedicated Workshop Technician to support our Rides & Attractions division through top-tier technical maintenance and fabrication expertise.

???? About the Role:

As a Workshop Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the functionality, safety, and appearance of all workshop equipment and elevated work platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and guest safety through preventative and corrective maintenance, workshop fabrication, and rehabilitation support.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections, start-ups, and maintenance on workshop equipment.
• Support ride rehab activities and maintain high equipment availability.
• Conduct welding, fabrication, and assembly tasks as needed.
• Ensure a safe work environment and comply with all safety protocols.
• Report technical issues to Team Leaders and support timely resolution.
• Complete maintenance checklists and documentation accurately.
• Take initiative in team briefings and personal development programs.

???? Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• Technical education or vocational training in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in workshop maintenance, fabrication, or assembly.
• Expertise in either Mechanical or Electrical systems.
• Basic English communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in theme parks or industrial maintenance.
• Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety practices and proper tool handling.
• Physical fitness and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
