The Job

What You’ll Do :

  • Client Engagement : Actively visit B2B clients, ranging from smaller travel agencies to larger firms, to understand their technical needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Technical Support : Serve as a technical liaison, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and technical resources.
  • Solution Design : Participate in designing and developing custom solutions, integrating client feedback to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Product Demonstrations : Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our platform.
  • Relationship Management : Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support for technical inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide clients with strategic advice and recommendations.

The Profile

What We’re Looking For :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must have domain experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
  • Proven experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role, showcasing a blend of technical expertise and sales prowess.
  • A valid driver’s license is essential for traveling to client locations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset, able to anticipate client needs and offer effective solutions.
