Reports To: Assistant Production Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Production Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing production plans that align with manufacturing capabilities, material availability, and customer requirements. This position requires strong ERP skills, capacity planning knowledge, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Analyze production KPIs and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and manufacturing teams for plan execution
• Monitor inventory and forecast material requirements to ensure balanced stock levels
• Optimize production throughput by evaluating and adjusting manufacturing capacities
• Leverage ERP/MRP systems and planning tools for scheduling and performance tracking
• Create detailed reports and dashboards on production status, resource utilization, and material flow

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing production planning role
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query
• Solid understanding of supply chain, procurement, and production scheduling
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
