Head of Sales & Deal Sourcing - Research Laboratory Equipment

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales & Deal Sourcing to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the research laboratory equipment sector. This executive-level position offers commission and equity-based compensation, providing a unique opportunity to shape the future of NivoNexus as we expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  2. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team focused on deal sourcing and client relationships.
  3. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including research institutions, universities, and private laboratories across the GCC.
  4. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and improve product offerings.
  5. Negotiate high-value contracts and close significant deals to maximize profitability.
  6. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  7. Represent NivoNexus at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications :
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in sales and deal sourcing within the research laboratory equipment industry or related fields.
  3. Proven leadership experience with success in building and managing sales teams.
  4. Strong understanding of GCC market dynamics and customer requirements.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strategic thinking and effective execution in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
