As Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for FSB Middle East LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping our presence in the Middle East. Reporting directly to the Managing Director FSB Middle East, you will be leading and executing the sales strategy, fostering business growth and market presence, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the architectural and construction sectors.

  • Education You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field. Holding a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience 5 years+ of experience in management positions in sales in the architectural hardware, construction, or design industry is part of your stack. In addition, you have a proven track record in the Middle East market.
  • Technical Expertise You stand out with your sound technical knowledge of architectural hardware (door and window fittings) and related product applications in high-end construction projects. You are well-versed in both EU and ANSI standards, ideally proven by a GAI diploma and/or AHC title.
  • Personality We are looking for a talent with strong strategic thinking, excellent communication- and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. If you are driven by your own claim for professional- und personal growth, we will be the perfect match.
  • Language Proficiency Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Cultural Awareness You have a keen sense of the Middle Eastern business culture and an in-depth understanding of the local market dynamics.
