Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Ductman to install, assemble, and repair duct systems for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with duct fabrication, installation, and related HVAC support work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and HVAC layout plans.
2. Fabricate, install, and repair ductwork (GI and PI ducts) according to specifications.
3. Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines on materials.
4. Cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal to form duct systems.
5. Ensure proper insulation and sealing of ducts.
6. Collaborate with HVAC technicians and supervisors to ensure system efficiency.
7. Comply with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in HVAC or equivalent trade certification.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a ductman in HVAC projects.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools related to ductwork.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.
• Good physical condition and attention to detail.
