Mentor Match is a personalized online tutoring platform focused on matching students with the right mentors to help them succeed academically and personally. We're expanding our footprint in the Middle East and are looking for a proactive, bilingual sales professional to help us grow.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive for the Middle East region, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing inbound leads, developing local partnerships, and building strong relationships with parents to promote our tutoring services. You'll play a vital role in expanding Mentor Match's presence in the Arabic-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with prospective customers (primarily parents of school children).
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
  • Understand parents concerns and match them with suitable tutoring solutions.
  • Educate prospects about Mentor Match's offerings, unique mentor selection, and personalized learning approach.
  • Collaborate with local partner networks and referral programs to drive organic leads.
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales activities, and report weekly updates.
  • Work closely with customer support and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience, ideally in EdTech, tutoring, or service-based sectors.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle parent objections empathetically and consultatively.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently with targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital communication platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
