Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a data-driven affiliate marketing strategy to penetrate and expand in India & Southeast Asia.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates, negotiating deals that maximise ROI.
• Continuously assess market trends, competitor activity, and affiliate performance to optimise campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with affiliates, ensuring mutual profitability.
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials, real-time support, and performance insights to maximise conversions.
• Monitor compliance with agreements and enforce brand guidelines.
• Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, affiliate tracking software, etc.) to monitor traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Generate detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends and recommending strategic adjustments.
• Optimise landing pages, promotional content, and funnels in collaboration with design, CRM, and development teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging markets, and regulatory shifts in unregulated iGaming spaces.
• Ensure all affiliate activities align with company policies while maximising growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry, specifically in unregulated markets (India & SEA).
• Strong existing network of affiliate partners in online casino/sports betting.
• Expert negotiator with outstanding communication skills (written & verbal).
• Data-driven mindset comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Voluum, etc.) and performance tracking.
• Native or fluent Hindi and English (additional regional languages a plus).
• Willingness to travel for industry events, conferences, and affiliate meetings.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across marketing, tech, and compliance teams.
