Job Purpose:
To facilitate the development of the PCP department by managing daily operations and supporting the PCP Executive Director in establishing organization-wide best practices to achieve corporate objectives. To implement HR strategies that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of department practices and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; preferable in HRM.
- Vocational certifications such as SHRM, SPHR, or CIPD are preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in HR.
- People management and development skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of financial and budget management.
- Team management capabilities.
- Talent development and performance management expertise.
Roles, Responsibilities, and Duties:
- Identify legal requirements and government regulations (e.g., MOL, Immigration) affecting HR functions; ensure compliance in policies, procedures, and reporting.
- Keep the team updated on recent changes in rules and regulations set by the government.
- Handle visa procedures and government relations, including trade license renewals, pension fund management, and compliance with labor and immigration requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of documentation to avoid penalties.
- Manage employee surveys, departmental surveys, and organizational satisfaction assessments.
- Maintain pension records, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
- Manage employee legal cases, ensuring their resolution, and represent the HC team in legal matters if required.
- Oversee HC policies, procedures, and forms for UAE and KSA teams; review and update policies regularly.
- Ensure compliance with risk management and audit requirements, closing gaps before external audits; conduct internal audits as needed.
- Prepare periodic reports, manage HC projects, and support business tenders and acquisitions.
- Ensure effective communication within departments and the HC team regarding updates and progress.
- Optimize HRIS utilization; initiate SAP development ideas for process improvements.
- Update the HC Director on progress weekly.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, and employee exit procedures, including final settlements within 15 days.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
