Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans, setting achievable targets, and ensuring their successful execution to drive revenue growth.
  2. Identifying opportunities for process optimization, implementing best practices, and driving innovation in sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication.
  4. Direct all sales operations for the hotel to maximize revenue opportunities across all segments and channels.
  5. Establish and grow our market share by developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
  6. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
  7. Stay updated with regional and international developments and convert these into sales opportunities.
  8. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services to conduct successful sales activities.
  9. Keep accurate records of all sales agreements, contracts, and quotes in accordance with Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree and/or Hotel Management degree.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with proven success.
  3. Preferably Arabic speaker.
  4. Knowledge of hotel features, benefits, and the competitive landscape within the market.
  5. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
