Key Accountabilities:
- Implement the Infra Program Management Tools, Standards, Methodologies and continuously promotes their development in line with Infra’s internal requirements and industry’s best practices. Ensure the application of portfolio management tools and techniques.
- Sets up adequate governance bodies and processes for project/ program Stakeholders & Management support. Prepare the annual project roadmap. Define in line with Project/Program Team Key Operational and in Financial KPI’s to be tracked.
- Provides support and coaching of senior Infra program/project Integrated Project Team (IPT) and Executive sponsors in development of key project deliverables like project scope, objectives, structure and schedule along the project management process.
- Prepares regular project reporting, in particular around status, issues and risks for Project/Program Management Review (PMR) meetings, Board presentations and other senior executive boards and committees.
- Detect and avoid decisions that are inconsistent with the project’s objectives. Facilitate and drive project escalations and prepare associated decision and mitigation proposals. Support change management activities related to project scope changes, ensuring proper procedures are followed and the impact is assessed.
- Manages the portfolio management process in order to advise Executive Management on portfolio decisions in view of company performance compared to agreed KPIs.
- Support continuous development of Infra PMO, through maintenance of active relationships with official Project Management Bodies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE II). Ensure roll-out and application of project management practices on the ground (coaching and training of project stakeholders and Executives / sponsors).
- Provide coaching and project management support to staff for other projects outside the direct scope of the PMO.
- RIO Management - Ensure Risks, Issues and Opportunities are effectively managed.
- Deep Knowledge of Telco Operation, preferably with Telco Technology end-to-end operation processes.
Experience:
- Minimum experience of 10 years in related work area, with practical project management responsibility
- Out of which at least 7-10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools, standards, concepts and mechanisms

- Bachelor's degree in business and/or IT and/or management and/or Industrial Engineering
