Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality scuba diving instruction, guiding, and coaching to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Create engaging underwater and surface-level photo and video content for marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
• Manage and operate underwater camera equipment, ensuring high-quality footage that aligns with brand storytelling.
• Prioritize safety during all activities, promptly reporting and addressing any safety or quality concerns.
• Ensure all diving and media equipment is well-maintained, coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador by capturing and sharing immersive underwater experiences to attract and engage audiences.
• Edit and produce digital content, collaborating with the marketing team to enhance online visibility.
• Engage with guests and divers to document their experiences and create memorable content.
• Perform the duties of a Dive Safety Attendant when required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management to support diving operations and content creation.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• Padi Scuba Instructor certification.
• Certification in BLSD including the use of Oxygen.
• No open quality assurance cases with any diving training agency.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in scuba diving and creating social media content, including underwater photography and videography.
