Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the logistics process, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods and materials. This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer orders and coordinate purchases and shipping of incoming stocks.
2. Monitor the status of stock purchases and warehouse performance.
3. Process sales invoices and shipping orders.
4. Update and communicate changes in credit terms and other sales-related matters.
5. Serve as the main contact for customers regarding returns, discounts, rebates, and marketing support.
6. Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time.
7. Coordinate with factories regarding delivery schedules and shipment matters.
8. Follow up on payments from customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Netsuite) is an advantage.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of transportation, logistics processes, customs regulations, and documentation.
