  • Manage employee insurance enrollment, renewals, claims support, and benefit-related queries in liaison with insurance providers.
  • Track visa/work permit processing and renewals, ensuring adherence to legal timelines and requirements.

HRMS & Records Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee information in HRMS and personnel files.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital and physical records to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Support organizational structure updates, reporting hierarchies, and master employee database management.

Offboarding & Final Settlements

  • Ensure that offboarding processes are conducted fairly, timely, and in alignment with company standards.

Payroll Input Support

  • Consolidate and validate payroll inputs such as new joiners, exits, compensation changes, attendance records, and deductions before submission to Payroll.
  • Assist in addressing payroll discrepancies raised by employees, ensuring timely resolutions.

Compliance & Process Improvement
