Job description

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (required)
  2. Postgraduate qualification or experience in training, business development, strategic marketing (preferred) with an accredited certification in training highly advantageous. Significant experience working in the hospitality industry, ideally in roles involving training, sales, marketing, or related areas. Hands-on experience is crucial for understanding training needs and trends.

Experience:

  1. At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in a related industry, focusing on training, stakeholder management, business development, or a related area.
  2. Experience in consulting and partnership development is highly desirable, with a demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and internal colleagues is essential for collaboration, securing buy-in, and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  2. The ability to think strategically, analyze industry trends, and contribute to the development and implementation of long-term training initiatives is crucial for ensuring alignment with the academy's goals.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a talent for relationship-building.
  4. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and analysis.
