Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Supervisor to drive innovation within our busy transportation network.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the overall daily management of operational duties, deputizing for the Operations Manager when necessary.
2. Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station.
3. Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure shipments meet or exceed operational KPIs.
4. Monitor performance and coach team members; partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes.
5. Communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and enhance quality standards.
6. Participate in interviewing candidates for associate roles.
7. Brief and monitor workload of drivers and associates, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately.
8. Measure and report on workflow and site performance metrics.
9. Assist with training and mentoring new associates.
10. Follow up on and resolve process-related issues.
11. Perform physical activities such as pushing carts up to 100 pounds and lifting packages up to 15 kg.
12. Work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
13. Sufficiently resource the department through training, performance management, and continuous monitoring.

Minimum Requirements:
