The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in client delivery, ensuring seamless project execution and high client satisfaction. This multifaceted role combines business development, client management, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and market expansion.
  • Engage in lead generation, email outreach, and industry events.
  • Client Management
    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
    • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upselling opportunities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • SaaS Product Expertise
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our SaaS products, including features and benefits.
    • Provide product demos and training to clients.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients and internal teams.
  • Audit/Commerce Background
    • Utilize audit and commerce knowledge to analyze client requirements and suggest solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within client organizations.
  • Customer Relations
    • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Work with customer support to resolve escalated issues.
    • Gather client feedback to improve services and inform product development.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, client management, and customer relations, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
    • Knowledge of audit processes and commerce principles is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams.
