The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in client delivery, ensuring seamless project execution and high client satisfaction. This multifaceted role combines business development, client management, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and market expansion.
- Engage in lead generation, email outreach, and industry events.
Client Management- Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and issue resolution.
SaaS Product Expertise- Develop in-depth knowledge of our SaaS products, including features and benefits.
- Provide product demos and training to clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients and internal teams.
Audit/Commerce Background- Utilize audit and commerce knowledge to analyze client requirements and suggest solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within client organizations.
Customer Relations- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work with customer support to resolve escalated issues.
- Gather client feedback to improve services and inform product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, client management, and customer relations, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
- Knowledge of audit processes and commerce principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
