Job Description
- Conduct detailed assessments of client requirements to provide tailored MEP solutions that enhance energy efficiency and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication to address their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create innovative MEP systems that align with client specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and present compelling technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing product features and benefits to secure sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing company profitability.
- Gather and document client feedback to continuously improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, coordinating with project managers to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to client expectations.
- Provide technical support and training to clients post-sale, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction with MEP solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, with a strong foundation in MEP systems.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in MEP sales, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events, exhibiting flexibility and adaptability.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the candidate to address client challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
