Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Manager - HR Business Partner to :

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers and staff.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee development.
  • Identify and address talent gaps, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives such as restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Enhance organizational effectiveness and employee performance through targeted programs.
  • Improve employee experience and engagement strategies.
  • Conduct employee surveys and utilize feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop employee well-being programs.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues with thorough investigations and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate organizational risks.
  • Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and HRIS management.
  • Maintain consistent application of HR policies across the organization.

About you :

The ideal candidate should have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
