Job description

JOIN THE TRILLIUM MIDDLE EAST TEAM!

Our UAE office (Dubai/Abu Dhabi) is currently looking for a Pumps Application Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas & rotating equipment, preferably with an API 610 Pumps background.

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Customer's MR (Material Requisition) analysis
2. VDL (Vendor Document List) and SDL (Supplier Document List) definition
3. Drafting and sending MR to suppliers to obtain quotations
4. Supporting the technical alignment phase of engineered subcomponents (seals & systems, drivers, lube oil systems, gears, control panels, etc.)
5. Managing Customer's Technical Queries, clarifications, and deviations over project specifications
6. Launching and coordinating the project from the internal kick-off meeting according to company procedures
7. Handling the project's technical risk analysis
8. Issuing and revising relevant project documents (such as Pump Data Sheet) up to customer approval
9. Supporting the Project Manager in handling potential Change Orders, from cost estimation to quote submission
10. Interacting with the product engineering team and other specialists such as Instrumentation & Control Engineers and Welding Engineers
11. Ensuring uniformity, consistency, and conformity of all project documentation
