YOUR ROLE

As the Legal Specialist, you will play a critical role in proactively supporting legal operations across multiple business units, professional functions, and sub-business units within Henkel. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Offering sound legal advice to various stakeholders, helping to navigate complex legal matters, and ensuring alignment with business goals and Henkel Corporate Standards.
• Negotiating, preparing, and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance and safeguard Henkel’s interests.
• Managing external disputes and overseeing litigation matters, working closely with external counsel where needed.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance legal workflows and processes, streamlining operations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
