About the VIP & Institutional Team

Binance VIP & Institutional serves high-value clients and institutions, including:

  • HFT and proprietary trading firms
  • Hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices

The team offers premium digital asset solutions, hands-on support, and advanced system integrations for the crypto industry’s most sophisticated participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary support contact for Binance’s top-tier institutional and VIP customers.
  • Provide real-time, multi-channel support for trading, technical, and account-related inquiries.
  • Assist clients with API setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Address account or platform issues as first-line support, escalating as necessary.
  • Represent client concerns to internal departments (accounting, product, finance, risk).
  • Gather client feedback and drive product or service enhancements accordingly.
  • Keep clients informed of key product updates, system changes, and feature rollouts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client-facing or trading desk support role within financial services.
  • Solid understanding of trading systems, order types, and platform mechanics.
  • Familiarity with API integrations for trading platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-department coordination.
  • Willingness to be part of an on-call support rotation.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional EU or MENA languages is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with API trading, crypto trading, or derivatives (futures, etc.) is a significant plus.
  • Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency fundamentals is highly desirable.
