We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Desk Support professional to join our client company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a customer-oriented mindset to provide effective support for our clients' IT needs.

Role:

Service Desk Support (L1)

What You'll Do
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries
  2. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  3. Escalate incidents as needed to L2/L3 support
  4. Log and track incidents through to resolution
  5. Communicate effectively with end-users in English
  6. Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat
  7. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
  8. Collaborate with senior support staff on complex issues
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service desk
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common applications
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
