Job Title: Project Manager (PM)
As a PM, lead projects with annual gross billings of $3M+.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in identifying key services, defining scope, fees, deliverables, and schedules for all disciplines.
- Leading team members to deliver successful projects.
- Scheduling, facilitating, and documenting meetings with staff and clients.
- Coordinating with regional leaders to support the project team with relevant expertise.
- Attending workshops and meetings with the US team as needed.
- Ensuring accurate input of client and project data into Vision.
- Developing and maintaining project plans in Planifi, including schedules, milestones, and staffing.
- Achieving a minimum of 10% profit margin and meeting all budgets and deadlines.
- Maintaining quality assurance and control processes.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet design and production protocols.
- Delivering projects with zero claims.
- Monitoring project progress weekly, including schedule, budget, and financial performance.
- Managing invoices and client expectations, obtaining approval before services are performed.
Support for Bids and Proposals:
- Participating in RFQ, RFP, and interview processes.
- Advising on Go/No Go decisions.
- Negotiating client contracts and consultant scopes.
- Developing client relationships to expand opportunities.
- Preparing fee and scope proposals in coordination with discipline leaders.
Required Profile:
- Bachelor or Master’s in Interior Design or Architecture Design.
- 10+ years of experience with internationally recognized design firms.
- Experience working in the Middle East region.
- Strong portfolio in large-scale hospitality and residential projects.
- Excellent project management skills and knowledge of local codes and approval processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Position based in Dubai.
