We are looking for a “Representative Of General Manager – Sales manager” for our new office in Madrid or Málaga

Description

We are seeking an employee with at least five years of experience in Spain , specifically Madrid or Andalusia (Costa del Sol, Málaga, or Marbella), with knowledge of local customs and traditions . The candidate should be capable of working in areas such as investments, international business organization & consulting, real estate trading, company formation, registrations and visas, real estate management, buying / selling, and business center processes. Additionally, experience with authorities, banks, and real estate, along with basic technical understanding, is important.

The role requires preparing short and medium-term financial plans, detailed daily and weekly reports, and recording all activities and agreements meticulously. This is a very responsible position that requires written approval from the general director for all activities, as verbal agreements are void.

The position offers varied activities including :

• Real estate brokerage management, viewings, negotiations
• Company formation, contract drafting, registration for clients
• Personnel search, interviews, salary negotiations
• Execution of business center services
• Reporting and correspondence with the managing director

Continuous further education is expected, including attending seminars and courses to improve skills.

Important : Physical limitations are not a problem; minimum age 35 years.

Salary : Fixed, based on suitability

Extras : Commission and company car

Start : Spring 2023
