Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Shop Manager with a background in premium or luxury fashion retail, and fluency in Russian and English. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a passion for fashion, capable of delivering an exceptional in-store experience while achieving commercial excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to team development, store operations, and premium client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations while maintaining brand standards, premium service levels, and operational excellence.
- Drive store performance through team leadership, coaching, and individual development plans.
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey, with personalized styling and consultative selling—especially to Russian-speaking clientele.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance in alignment with business goals.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure compliance with seasonal guidelines and brand identity.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product flow to optimize availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Handle VIP client relationships and ensure high standards of service, communication, and follow-up.
- Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and within the wider community.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures, and retail operational standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within premium or luxury fashion retail.
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Deep knowledge of fashion trends, premium styling, and clienteling best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team toward sales and service excellence.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, reporting tools, and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- High level of personal presentation, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak trading periods.
