About the Role:

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting HR operations and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and procedures. The role includes handling employee records, recruitment coordination, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Officer acts as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and provides administrative support to the HR department..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of HR documents, including contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for vacant positions.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
