Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic performance media team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven paid media expert with a proven track record in overseeing and optimising performance media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, a strong grasp of emerging trends, and the ability to drive impactful outcomes through innovative campaign management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance media strategies that align with overarching business goals and target audience profiles.
  2. Plan, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, display, and other relevant channels.
  3. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform strategic campaign targeting and optimisation.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates, leveraging insights to enhance campaign strategies.
  5. Analyse campaign performance data using analytics tools, drawing actionable insights and making informed adjustments to meet KPIs.
  6. Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages, refining campaigns for optimal results.
  7. Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimising allocation for maximum ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
  8. Explore new performance media channels, partnerships, and technologies to expand campaign reach and impact.
  9. Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations, privacy policies, and ethical advertising practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
  3. Extensive experience in developing and executing performance media strategies, especially on Google Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant platforms.
  4. Strong proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  5. Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strategic mindset focused on innovation, KPI achievement, and campaign performance enhancement.
  8. Google Ads certifications and other relevant advertising certifications are highly advantageous.
  9. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and broader digital marketing channels is beneficial.
