???? Job Opening: Instock Manager Other Hardlines (OHL)

???? Contract Duration: Immediate start 11 months

???? Salary: AED 9,625 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Instock Manager to join our team, overseeing the Other Hardlines (OHL) categories across the GCC. This role focuses on improving product availability, inventory health, and the overall customer experience through close collaboration with Retail, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

As an Instock Manager, you'll be expected to lead end-to-end inventory planning, forecasting, and vendor engagement. You'll also drive supply chain improvements and automation to ensure efficiency and scalable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high in-stock rates and optimal inventory health for key categories
  • Drive data-led solutions for complex supply chain challenges
  • Create dashboards and automated tools to streamline team operations
  • Lead buying/forecasting scenarios to enhance purchasing decisions
  • Act as a consultant to vendors for improved operations and forecasting
  • Partner with supply chain teams to reduce business costs and increase efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Planning, or Information Systems
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or buying
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Strong business judgment and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma)
