We are a rapidly expanding global holding company acquiring and scaling B2B software companies worldwide, with a strong focus on the US and Europe. We are looking for an HR Admin & Office Manager as we enter the next chapter in our growth journey.

Role Overview:

As the HR Admin & Office Manager, you'll handle key administrative HR responsibilities and oversee office management tasks to ensure our team thrives in a supportive, efficient, and well-organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration

  • Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Handle employee visa applications, renewals, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, and certifications.
  • Manage vacation tracking, leave balances, and attendance records.
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).

Office Management

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office operations.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized office environment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Plan and organize team events, meetings, and celebrations.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Act as the go-to person for employee inquiries related to HR and office operations.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to support operational goals.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 4+ years in HR administration, office management, or a similar role. Experience in a SaaS or tech company is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and visa regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR tools/software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
