Job Summary

This role will be responsible for the overall order execution of MEAPAC orders to drive sales, achieve customer-required delivery, and ensure the effective availability of materials to complete POR.

In this Role, your responsibilities will be:

1. Timely scheduling of orders to drive sales and order execution.
2. Drive on-time delivery to customers.
3. Review backlog and plan the release of orders as per customer requested date.
4. Assist Parts & QS Manager with POR review & planning.
5. Plan and prioritize orders to ensure maximum performance and minimal delays.
6. Determine parts needed to meet customer order/demand.
7. Schedule orders for picking, packing, and shipping to customers.
8. Liaise with Purchasing Team to review open POs and plan accordingly.
9. Coordinate with Stores & Quality for inspection and stocking of parts.
10. Work with Logistics team to ensure on-time shipping of orders.
11. Monitor order execution across Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, and Shipping to meet sales targets and service levels.
12. Provide updates on MEAPAC order status and progress to Customers/LBP.
13. Communicate with Customer Service departments at factories or suppliers to check order status and expedite as needed.
14. Develop and improve performance metrics for MEAPAC.
15. Implement Perfect Execution principles throughout Lifecycle Services business processes.
16. Ensure compliance with local and international Emerson Trade procedures in all transactions.
17. Perform any other duties as assigned by your line manager.
