As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our solutions and enterprise clientshandling everything from pre-sales consultations to API integration support.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support Work with Account Executives to deliver product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Solution Design Assess client requirements and design optimal integration strategies for MPC wallets, payment gateways, and crypto card solutions.
- Technical Integration Assist clients with API implementation, SDK integration, and real-time troubleshooting for seamless adoption.
- Client Onboarding & Support Provide guidance on security best practices, wallet configurations, and transaction optimizations (e.g., TRON energy savings).
- Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to refine offerings based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Integration role in fintech, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
- Hands-on coding experience Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Solidity, or similar).
- Deep blockchain & crypto knowledge Understanding of MPC wallets, crypto payments, tokenized assets, and TRON blockchain mechanics.
- Strong communication skills Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset Able to debug integration issues and propose workarounds in real-time.
- Consultative selling skills Ability to align solutions with business objectives for institutional clients.
Preferred (Bonus Points if You Have):
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Web3.js, GraphQL, or TRON blockchain tools.
- Worked with crypto exchanges, merchants, or blockchain enterprises.
- Background in cybersecurity, digital asset compliance, or transaction cost optimization.
