Responsibilities:

• Interaction with the Client (owner of the company)
• Interaction with the Brand representative
• Interaction with engineers and architects from the Architecture & Engineering Department
• Knowledge of the engineering systems construction
• Interaction with a Consultant team
• Interaction with the Marketing and Sales Departments
• Leading a group of architects and a render team
• Development of the construction solutions according to the confirmed renders of the Concept design
• Provision of current local standards to the team, confirmation with the authorities of the standard changings connected to the details of the luxury interior
• Development of Standard solutions & Brand books according to the confirmed project concept
• Confirmation of the Drawings and following Brand books with the Client (owner of the company) and Brand representative
• Verification & signing of the Shop drawings before handover them to the construction site
• Interaction with the Procurement Department, Suppliers, issuing the q-ties according to the project for the Budget development
• Participation in the tenders for interior finishes together with the procurement team, following and confirmation of the mock-ups
• Developing & confirmation of the Mood boards with the Client (owner of the company), Brand representative
• Developing the presentations according to the request of different Departments
• Interaction with the furniture factory of custom-made items
• Developing solutions, confirmation of the technical drawings for custom-made furniture items according to the Project and confirmed renders (kitchens, wardrobes, storages, drawers etc.)
• Interaction with the execution team on construction site, interior architecture supervision

Requirements:

• Bachelor + Master degree in Architecture
• Experience in Interior design – starting from 10 years; realized projects;
• Architecture / Design supervision (Supervision the construction process according to the shop drawings together with the Project manager) – min. 7 years
• Shop drawings development – min. 10 years
• Experience in projects of various public and residential spaces: offices, apartments, clinics, business centers, etc. Luxury, premium segment – preferable
• Leading of group of architects – min. 2-3 years
• Knowledge of variety of finishing materials, their characteristics and usage in construction
• Knowledge of the local and international standards, procedures and rules for preparing corporate documents
• Business correspondence and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with large amounts of information, quickly switch between parallel tasks, stress resistance
• Software - MS Office, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Revit (advantage); English, Arabic languages, (Russian – advantage)
