Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, facilitating effective communication, supervising the team, and elevating the customer experience. Oversee store operations, driving sales targets and KPIs through strong leadership, problem-solving, and brand ambassadorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively engage in the sale of products according to Kısmet By Milka standards, ensuring high customer satisfaction to meet sales targets.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Manage daily stock levels and conduct regular stock counts for accuracy and availability.
- Achieve and surpass store sales targets.
- Organize and display merchandise following visual merchandising standards.
- Foster a positive, respectful team environment and promote teamwork.
- Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.
- Adapt flexibly to challenges and changing situations with problem-solving skills.
- Understand mall operations, including applying for and managing mall permits as needed.
- Assist in organizing in-store events and coordinate with the Boutique Director and Marketing Team for successful execution.
- Follow all store policies, procedures, and priorities.
- Participate in training programs for continuous development and to meet store requirements.
- Open and close the store, ensuring security and operational standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated team player.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; proactive thinker.
- Good command of written and spoken English (B2 - C1); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Willingness for ongoing learning and development.
- Ability to contribute positively to evolving situations.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of mall operations and administrative procedures.
