Job Description

As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise / consulting to our clients. You will work with Oracle Health technologies to prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and collaboratively.

You will use troubleshooting skills to investigate front-end applications, gather information, use troubleshooting tools, shadow end users, and test workflows internally and externally. You will also leverage your solution expertise to promote Oracle Health’s innovations and capabilities. Additionally, creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout project lifecycles is essential.

Your goal is incident resolution, application maintenance, and delivering measurable value outcomes that enhance care delivery.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications :

  • Experience with Foreign System Interface (FSI) and integrated solution modules, minimum 6+ years.
  • Knowledge of HL7, Open Port, Open Engine, & OPENLink.
  • Provide solution oversight, guidance, and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Drive client-specific solution configuration to meet workflow needs and advise clients.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues related to solutions.
  • Lead client meetings and events.
  • Drive internal team initiatives.
  • At least 3+ years of software implementation experience.
  • At least 3+ years of healthcare IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Healthcare, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Health Millennium.
  • Experience in interface creation and scripting.
  • Support or Application Managed Services experience.
  • Travel up to 10-20% based on business needs.
  • Consult with clients on workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decisions for FSI, PBM, and integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSI and PBM solutions.
  • Stay updated on features, functionalities, and best practices for FSI, PBM, and related solutions.
  • Lead client meetings and internal initiatives.
  • Work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Adhere to security policies and report security issues.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
