JOB TITLE:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
  1. Motivate and manage key retail accounts within their area for a specific product portfolio.
  2. Build strong relationships with store managers, conduct product detailing to increase knowledge and awareness, and drive sell-out.
  3. Achieve sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives.
  4. Monitor sales, identify, and propose new business opportunities for the accounts.
  5. Propose new product listings, space increase, and promotions within accounts.
  6. Monitor and report share of shelf of the brands, assortments, positioning of the brand, and ensure the implementation of the contract.
  7. Monitor out-of-stock/low-stock situations and raise appropriate orders for the outlets.
  8. Ensure full market coverage through regular visits as per the journey plan.
  9. Analyze competition and conduct market intelligence, reporting back through the system.

Key Experience
  1. FMCG field experience of at least 1-3 years in UAE, preferably with major distributors managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  2. UAE Driving license.
