Job description

The role will involve but is not limited to, the following:

• Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily operations of the school s buildings and grounds.
• Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, or improvement opportunities
• Monitor and report on facility-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support in managing health & safety compliance in line with local regulations and school policies.
• Assist with the setup and logistical support for school events and activities.
• Help maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, reports, and inventory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar facilities or maintenance supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs for technical issues
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• UAE experience preferred.
