We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to advance their careers.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing all necessary tasks to serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s performance standards.
  2. Greeting and seating customers, and serving them in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
  3. Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests effectively.
  4. Consistently monitoring the quality of food and beverages being served.
  5. Practicing good customer relations and satisfactorily attending to customer complaints and queries.
  6. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and ensuring the upkeep of all service equipment.
  7. Preparing for service before, during, and after, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scène.
  8. Ensuring minimal wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
  9. Actively using upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should hold a diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, with previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English and additional skills such as guest service and interpersonal abilities are essential.
