Job Title: Oracle HR Functional Consultant Arabic Speaker

• Experience: 78 years in Oracle HCM/HRMS
• Engagement: 12 months
• Location: Onsite UAE
• Budget: AED 20,000/month
• Language: Arabic required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle HRMS implementations, enhancements, and support
• Work across Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, and iRecruitment modules
• Understand local UAE HR compliance and localization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Provide functional specs and support testing/training
