Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Media Content Creator & Social Media Manager skilled in photography, videography, and digital storytelling to enhance our brand and property listings. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, understands what appeals in real estate media, and can craft engaging content for social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for property listings, open houses, virtual tours, agent profiles, and client testimonials.
  2. Utilize drones and gimbal stabilizers (if applicable) to capture cinematic footage of properties.
  3. Stage and photograph properties to highlight features that attract buyers.
  4. Manage and expand the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  5. Create a content calendar featuring property spotlights, behind-the-scenes, community highlights, and agent promotions.
  6. Write engaging captions and post copy tailored to the real estate audience.
  7. Monitor content performance, refine strategies, and report on growth and engagement metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in real estate photography and videography (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency with professional camera gear, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Understanding of what appeals to homebuyers and sellers in digital media.
