Job description

Overview
Responsible for updating maintenance records in the cMRO/ AADMIS system. Executes directives from the Supervisor efficiently, adhering to standards and regulations.
Also responsible for:

1. Following daily operational procedures related to their role to ensure work continuity.
2. Understanding all requirements for cMRO/ AADMIS tasks as briefed by the Supervisor.
3. Updating maintenance records accurately in the cMRO/ AADMIS system.
4. Securing data, managing network access, and maintaining backup systems.
5. Capturing and transferring updates from paper to the system accurately.
6. Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems and management tools.
7. Receiving comprehensive safety briefings from the Supervisor before maintenance tasks.
8. Reviewing and understanding technical data necessary for maintenance tasks.
9. Creating maintenance work cards in cMRO/ AADMIS and documenting task numbers in aircraft logbooks.
10. Logging details of work performed in the system and referencing technical data used.
11. Closing work cards upon task completion.
12. Documenting all work in the aircraft logbook accurately.
13. Reporting to the Supervisor with a full briefing of completed work.
14. Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Diploma in aviation or skill level 5 or equivalent. Graduation from military, commercial aircraft maintenance school, or course.
Experience
4-5 years in maintenance operations at an Airbase, with background in cMRO/ AADMIS systems. Knowledge of maintenance processes and Oracle implementation methodology is preferred.
