Account Manager

Job Scope

The Account Manager is responsible for promoting the company's products/services related to data center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, information, and Cyber Security. This is achieved through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential partners. The role involves optimizing sales volumes and championing marketing programs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for the assigned products/services in alignment with management.
  • Lead partner relations in accordance with the company's management and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales within the territory.
  • Build and maintain a solid database of channels/customers, analyze data, and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and identify new opportunities.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products/services by conducting market research and regular visits to customers.
  • Execute and supervise the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection.
  • Monitor credit and payment performance, review outstanding settlements, and manage resolutions.
  • Generate sales for the entire product/service line focusing on long-term revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress, and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Promote the company and its services within the region.
Position Requirements
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years within the UAE market.
