Responsibilities

Working in the Capital Market division, you will be assisting clients solve some of their most critical financial and strategic challenges. We're looking for candidates who will thrive in a dynamic environment where multitasking and time management skills are essential. Key responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and potential partners.
  • Participate in project due diligence.
  • Get in-depth knowledge of customer business, keep abreast of industry activities, market trends and leading practices, and translate market reports.
  • Preparation of project proposal, project deck, documents required in order to get engaged, and necessary translation.
  • Follow up on project progress and participate in the entire transaction process, from the LOI stage to the completion of the project.
  • Participate in customer meetings and support team negotiations during the engagement.
  • Understand and regularly track changes in the dynamics of capital markets and regulatory environment in cross-border and the United States.
  • Deep participation in the transaction process and maintain a good network of relationships with different partners.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent academic background, preferably professional qualification in financial analysis/accounting/legal valuation.
  • Holders of CPA, CPV and CFA will be a plus.
  • More than 1-year of financial analysis/investment banking/accounting related experience in a well-known bank or professional company is preferred.
  • Solid corporate finance knowledge and skills in valuation/pricing techniques, DCF, comparable companies/transaction multiples.
  • Full Proficiency in English and the knowledge of other languages will be a plus (Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic).
  • Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.

Duration: this internship opportunity is available for a duration of 3-6 months (not part-time).

Location: the Internship will be based in our office in Dubai.
