Job description

About the role:

The primary duty of the Flight Coordinator is to arrange services requested by clients and coordinate all services associated to the flights from permits, ground handling services, fueling, catering, hotel accommodation, crew and passenger transportation. Flight coordinators are responsible for ensuring timely service as well as providing clients with the highest level of customer service.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Arranging services for flights as per client needs
  • Coordinating with management for reports, consultation of flights
  • Monitors the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from the pilot of origin to final destination (flight following)
  • Ensures all services are in order for timely flight operations
  • Identifies, anticipates and take corrective action to minimize actual/potential flight delays
  • Review, prepare and submit post flights summary reports for Finance
  • FBO selection and database upkeep
  • Safe client and regulatory practices
  • Responsible for quoting clients as per management’s instructions

Skills and Working Conditions:

  • Prior experience in handling operational support is required
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Flexibility with timings as operation runs 24/7
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural team
