Job Description

What’s in it for you:

  1. Register and process check-in for all arrivals.
  2. Handle guest checkouts efficiently and professionally.
  3. Update guest information into the computer after check-in.
  4. Accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits, and settlement upon guests’ departure.
  5. Handle walk-in reservations and process call-in reservations when the reservation section is closed.
  6. Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.
  7. Resolve guest complaints/requests and liaise with relevant departments for immediate follow-up.
  8. Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure security measures are followed.
  9. Check and convey messages, mail, and packages to guests.
  10. Assist at the Information counter, Foreign Exchange, Night Audit, and Business Center as assigned.
  11. Have knowledge of hotel rate codes, packages, segmentation, discounts, and handling procedures.
  12. Handle safe deposit boxes according to policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  1. Experience as a Receptionist in 5-star hotels.
  2. Customer service and data entry experience.
  3. Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours.
  6. Highly responsible, reliable, and professional appearance.
  7. Proficiency in German is advantageous.
